WHAT’S YOUR HUSTLE: Getting paid to write. My #1 hustle is as a screenwriter and my “day job” is my copywriting and freelance production work. I’m a creative and doing all that I can to make what I love my sole source of income. So, I’m working 24/7. As a freelancer, the great part of the job is there is no 9-to-5 but that is also the difficult part, there is no 9-to-5. You want to eat, you got to stay on your grind.
WHAT DOES YOUR HUSTLE MEAN TO YOU: Living the life that I was meant to live. There is no Plan B. As my father says, “the only difference between succeeding and failing is giving up”.
IF YOU COULD HAVE ONLY THREE TOOLS FOR YOUR HUSTLE, WHAT WOULD THEY BE: My imagination, a pen and paper, and the gift of gab.
A WORD OF ADVICE TO WANNABE HUSTLERS IN YOUR FIELD: If there is something else you want to do with your life, go do it because this business is not for the weak or those who easily deal with doubt. You have to write because you love it, because it is a long road.
